In 2024 I received a county court claim from DCB Legal over a private parking charge at my gym. I spent weeks researching POFA 2012, CRA 2015, and the Pre-Action Protocol, drafted my own defence, filed it, and the claim was struck out. fightmypcn exists so you do not have to spend those weeks.
