Terms of Service

1. Service Description

fightmypcn is operated by Alconbury Tech Ltd. We provide automated document generation services for parking charge defence. We generate defence documents, witness statement templates, evidence checklists, and settlement response templates based on information you provide.

2. Not Legal Advice

fightmypcn is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The documents we generate are templates for educational purposes. You should review all documents carefully before use and consider seeking professional legal advice for complex matters. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in the questionnaire. The quality and applicability of the generated documents depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Documents will contain a Statement of Truth that you must sign, confirming the facts stated are true.

4. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. This section sets out your cancellation and refund rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("CCR 2013").

Right to Cancel

Under the CCR 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel your order.

Consent to Begin Digital Supply

By clicking "Generate My Defence" after payment, you give explicit consent for us to begin supplying the digital content immediately.

Loss of Cancellation Right

Once the defence document has been generated and made available for download, you lose your right to cancel under Regulation 37 of the CCR 2013, as the digital content supply has been completed.

Refunds Before Generation

If you request a cancellation before your defence document is generated, you are entitled to a full refund.

Refunds After Generation

Once the document has been generated and is available for download, no refund is available as the digital content has been fully supplied with your prior consent.

5. Revisions

The Standard + Revision package includes one revision within 30 days of purchase. Revisions allow you to update your answers and regenerate your defence document. Unused revisions expire after 30 days.

6. Intellectual Property

The generated documents are licensed to you for personal use in your parking charge case. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the documents or the underlying AI system.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fightmypcn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or documents. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
