  • - Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details)

  • - To communicate with you about your case and our service

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following legal bases: contract performance (to deliver our service), legitimate interest (to improve our service), and consent (for optional communications).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), our AI provider (Anthropic, for document generation -- case data only, no personal identifiers), and hosting providers (Vercel). All third parties are GDPR-compliant.

6. Data Retention

We retain your case data for 12 months after your last interaction, after which it is automatically deleted. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Data at rest is encrypted. We regularly review our security practices.
